Observation and Assessment in the Classroom- CDA Class 1.8

Early educators strive to assist children in reaching their full potential by providing an environment that is developmentally appropriate and engaging.  But to know where our children are and to ensure that they are reaching their full potential, we as early educators have to know that children are reaching specific developmentally appropriate goals throughout their educational career within our programs.

There is a process that can assist providers in ensuring that they are providing appropriate activities and monitoring for developmental delays.  We will explore the topics below to assist in what early educators need to work effectively with young children and assist in reaching those goals:
