Description
This course is designed to help early childhood providers understand the complexities of family dynamics and the crucial role family engagement plays in fostering developmentally appropriate early education practices. Participants will explore effective strategies for building strong partnerships with families, considering each family’s unique needs, cultural background, and circumstances. The course will also address ways to support families of children with special needs and provide guidance on how to involve families in antibias efforts to create inclusive and equitable learning environments.
