Training Description:
Strengthening Business Practices for Child Care Programs is a series of trainings for early childhood providers that focus on the tools to deliver business training for all providers within the field. The training content and activities are designed to strengthen providers’ foundational knowledge of sound fiscal management and business operations. This training is the first training of a series of four that will help providers understand financial records that are imperative to running a sustainable business.

- Understanding the importance of projections and how to plan with financial reports,
