This course looks at the many aspects of small groups. Administration may not understand why so many teachers actually fear small groups. A lot of it has to do with the lack of knowledge on how to implement them. This course gets back to the basics and goes step by step on how to implement small groups while explaining the importance of implementation within the classroom with all age groups and not just preschoolers. We explain what it may look like within a younger classroom while explaining what it could look like in a preschool classroom. This course also goes into how you can expand on small groups and keep the learning going for longer than just the time at the table. We also go into how to manage the classroom with one teacher or more and how everyone can work together and independently during this time to work on skills.
