Active supervision is essential for creating a safe and supportive early education environment where children can explore and learn. This 5-hour course equips early educators with the knowledge and skills needed to implement effective supervision strategies. Participants will learn the 5W’s and 1H of active supervision, explore six key strategies to enhance classroom safety, and understand state regulations regarding supervision and qualified staff. The course also covers playground safety, identifying hazards, and reinforcing the professionalism of early educators in maintaining a secure learning environment.
